To the north of Ulaanbaatar city, to the Selbe River reservoir, fresh air and fresh water complex, and the Sanzai summer resort, we are introducing the newly planned "Sanzai Villa" town. The town is located along the road under the shelter of Khan Mountain, with a total of 22 families and 9 apartments, and each family had a private car garage. In the center of the villa, a 0.7ha pine grove was left untouched and the natural formations and plants were preserved as a small park. Public spaces for people of all ages to exercise and play have been planned, and engineering infrastructure has been provided without disturbing all residents. We aim to plan the town to meet all the needs of people for a comfortable, safe, and peaceful life.
